Terms of Service

TradeScout24 (“we”, “us”, the “desk”) is a structured B2B trade network operated by VIOCAP Trading LLC, registered at Shop F15, Al Fahidi Souq, 00000 Dubai, UAE (Registration Number 1923835). We intermediate between verified buyers and sellers of commodities, chemicals, and industrial materials. We do not take title to goods.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these terms either on your own behalf (Individual accounts) or on behalf of a company you represent (Company accounts). By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act as stated.

Every registration is reviewed by our desk before activation. We may refuse or revoke accounts at our discretion — typical reasons include unverifiable identity, unlawful purpose, or prior policy breaches.

We operate as a broker-intermediary. All listings are curated: we verify the counterparty's identity and the plausibility of the listing before publication. Offers submitted through the platform go to our desk, not directly to the listing's origin. We forward offers, coordinate acceptance, and open a private deal room when an offer is accepted.

We are not a party to the underlying contract of sale between buyer and seller. Our role ends when the deal room closes; settlement, shipment, inspection, and payment are between the counterparties.

Names, companies, contact details, and any identifying content are never shown from one counterparty to another on the public or authenticated surfaces of the platform. Attempting to circumvent this — by embedding identifiers in listings, offer notes, or deal-room messages — is grounds for account termination. Once a deal closes off-platform, counterparties may exchange identities directly; we do not police that.

You may not post or submit content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, misrepresents specifications, or references goods subject to sanctions applicable to your jurisdiction or ours. You are responsible for the accuracy of any listing or offer attributed to you.

We may edit, redact, or remove content that violates these terms, without notice when necessary to protect the platform or third parties.

The public side of the platform (browse, submit offer) is free to use. When a deal closes through our desk, the commission rate agreed with the listing origin applies; it is shown inside the private deal room before close. Premium subscription features are billed separately under the subscription terms presented at checkout.

The platform is provided “as is”. We curate listings to the best of our ability but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or commercial viability of any listing, offer, or counterparty. You transact at your own risk, subject to the commercial terms you and the counterparty agree.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the platform or any trade you conclude through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, for suspicious activity, or where required by law. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; we will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified to you by email. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
