Privacy Policy

The controller of your personal data is VIOCAP Trading LLC, registered at Shop F15, Al Fahidi Souq, 00000 Dubai, UAE (Registration Number 1923835). Contact: contact@tradescout24.com.

At signup. Full name, account type (Individual or Company), company name (for Company accounts), country of residence, mobile phone (optional), email address, password (stored only as an argon2 hash), and the free-text referrer field if you fill it.

In use.Listings and offers you submit; notes, messages, and attachments you upload; tag preferences that determine which new listings you're notified about; timestamps for account and activity events.

Technical. Session cookies for authentication. Standard web-server logs retained for operational and security purposes. We do not set tracking cookies. If we enable aggregate, privacy-preserving analytics, it will be disclosed here.

To operate the platform: create and authenticate your account, publish listings, route offers through our desk, open deal rooms, and deliver notifications you asked for. To comply with applicable law, including any identity-verification and record-keeping obligations. To protect the platform and its users — for example, reviewing accounts for fraud or abuse.

We rely on your consent (notifications, marketing), contract performance (operating the service), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement), and legal obligations where they apply.

Not the counterparty. Your name, company, and contact details are never shown to the other side of a trade on the public or authenticated platform. Our desk is the only internal role that can see origin identities, and only for listings they need to curate or for deals they coordinate.

Processors. We use third-party service providers strictly as processors: email delivery, cloud hosting, error monitoring. A list and their locations will be published here after the first production deployment.

Authorities. We may disclose personal data when required by a valid legal request or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Account data is retained while your account is active. On account closure, personal data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax records related to a closed deal) or to defend legal claims. Closed deal records linked to a user are retained under the applicable commercial-records period.

Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, portability in a structured format, restriction of processing, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.

Email contact@tradescout24.com to exercise these rights. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.

Passwords are hashed with argon2 and never stored in plaintext. Session cookies are http-only and scoped to our domain. Database backups and uploaded files are encrypted at rest. Despite these measures, no system is perfectly secure; report anything suspicious to contact@tradescout24.com.

Where we rely on service providers based outside the United Arab Emirates, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions where available). The list of providers and their locations will be published after the first production deployment.

The platform is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We will post updates on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified to you by email.
